A WALK OF PROVIDENCE
I left Barcelona in the afternoon and arrived at the Mon Sant Benet hotel at approximately 3:40 p.m. The front desk welcomed me and checked me in to my room. He then unfolded a map of the surrounding area. As I listened, my eyes wandered beyond the glass walls toward the beautiful landscape—a sanctuary of mountains, fields, and lush trees with different colours. There was a sense of stillness here, the kind that does not merely quiet the ears, but gently invites the soul to listen. The staff explained that I could tour the ancient monastery close by or visit the nearby village. I asked about Manresa—whether it was possible to walk there.
